- Any material that violates any law or gives rise to any legal liability
- Any material promoting illegal activity of any kind
- Any material of an adult nature including pornography
- Any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of
other parties
- Any material that violates or infringes copyright or trademark rights
- Any material promoting hate propaganda or violent activity
- Any material promoting gambling of any kind
- Any material promoting "Get Rich Quick" schemes, products or services
- Any material promoting Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) schemes, products or services
- Any material relating to firearms, weapons or personal defence items
- Any material relating to pharmaceuticals
- Any material relating to non-medical treatments or healing
- Any material relating to tobacco products
- Any material relating to the paranormal or similar subjects
- Any religious material of any kind
- Any political material of any kind
- Any fraudulent material or activity

- The website must be business focused, either business-to-business or
business-to-consumer
- The website must contain unique content
- The website must be hosted with a unique domain name and not a subdomain
- The website must be complete with no parts "under construction"
- The website must be available to visitors 24-hours a day, 7-days a week
- The website must have a clear method of contact
- The website must not redirect to another domain name
- The website must be written in English or have an English version - other
languages pre-register here
- The website keywords must be relevant to the website content

- Incisiveindex reserves the right to edit submitted listings without
notification.
- Incisiveindex reserves the right to refuse any website for any reason.
- A full refund of the review fee will be issued in the event that a
